The breakfast room has great staff, delicious breakfasts. The bar can also recommend cocktails and help with birthday wishes🤗🥳we purchased treatments with afternoon tea and it was a good experience.

very small and dirty pool with foam on the surface, jacuzzi was broken, I don't see the point in going to the pool.

Great area and the room was perfectly fine for cheap accomodation.

There was no staff to see you in but didn't make any trouble getting into the room.

Place is looking like on the photos. Easy check-in. Good location.

Bathrooms are terrible. Not enough water pressure. Hot water is not hot :). I was informed that my room was ready 1h before the actual check-in time however having the room a bit early costs 50zl. Not smart move for customer satisfcation :). You wont lose a lot if you give the room a bit early but you win a lot if you do so :). Location is noisy. You can hear easiliy tram and car sounds. Additionaly the room was cold despite keeping the heat 5. You can feel cold air passing through the window. From the rating out of 100, minus 50. This corresponds to asking for an additional 50 zł.
