Great Value, Comfortable and Quiet.

Location was great for us in Ashton, wanted to be close to family and not many options in this part of town. It was fantastic to have a whole house for my family to be in and settled for a week. It was quiet, clean and tidy, and really comfortable. Kitchen is quite new, and we were actually able to prepare a Christmas lunch for our grandparents before taking it to their place. Well stocked with cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans!

Floors are creaky upstairs, but such is life in English homes I have found! Just have to sneak around when the kids are asleep. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Great, would happily stay here again

Was a great place to stay for our family of 4. Had everything we needed and for once we didnt really need to bring half of the things we needed with us, which was a pleasant surprise. Was a little hesitant about the smart lock, but actually worked really well.

Only whinge is that the bedding was washed in something that caused my wife's skin to react. We brought fairy non-bio detergent with us as we always do and washed it, no problems after that. Cleaning product smell was also quite pronounced when we arrived. For most people it would be fine, but if you have chemical sensitivities just one to be aware of. Nothing a bit of airing out can't solve :). Bathroom mirror could maybe do with swapping for something a bit less wobbly. Would definitely stay here again even so.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious

The size of the home was great! Very modern inside with updated finishes. More than enough beds, and they were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked nicely with pans and appliances. The dishwasher was a bonus! The couches were very comfortable and everything was so clean. It was nice being able to wash our clothes. The location of the home was close to family and friends who live in the area, so that was very convenient. I liked having a parking spot, too. Overall, it was a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay. There was great communication with the owners, and I felt it was priced well. I would highly recommend!

I only have good things to say about this place.
