Alessandro's appartment is absolutely perfect. It is located in a nice quiet location, but very close to the centre and tram as well. It is very clean and well equipped, with comfy bed, air condition, luxury bathroom and nice small kitchen. The beautiful balcony with sofa and flowers is a huge plus. There is also private parking for a reasonable price. Alessandro is absolutely great host, very friendly and helpful, he prepared an overview of tourist attractions, restaurants and many other useful advices. He was anytime ready to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend his place, Alessandro was the best host!

Excellent position next to the tram station from where you are 3 stops away from city center.Very clean and very well organized space.The parking space for your car under the closed gates is a huge plus. Pleasant stay in Florence

It was a cozy apartment that covered all our needs. The small terrace was a plus! Very close to the tram which allowed to reach the city center in a few minutes. The host was very friendly and always responsive. Totally recommend!

A lovely apartment with all the necessities we needed for a short stay. Situated in a quiet area less than a 30-min-walk from the center. Private parking available if you come by car. What I liked best were the hosts, they were extremely friendly and always ready to help! They really want to make you feel like home :)

excellent apartments with a great location within walking distance of the city center. The apartments have everything you need for a long stay in Florence. A modern shower cabin and a large window in the bathroom set the mood for the whole day. A well-equipped terrace for an evening glass of wine, the kitchen is equipped with dishes and tea and coffee. Very comfortable mattress. The owner of the apartments made a wonderful impression on us: Alessandro is very caring, always in touch if necessary, Alessandro will make your visit to Florence unforgettable. Alessandro suggested interesting restaurants and places that are popular with the locals. very friendly and helpful host Alessandro, thank you! Alessandro è stato un padrone di casa impeccabile: ci ha accolti di persona accompagnandoci come un vero cicerone nel suo magnifico appartamento, ampio, luminoso e arredato con grande gusto, completo di angolo cottura e un bagno davvero spazioso. Fin dal primo giorno si è preso cura di noi, consigliandoci itinerari, luoghi imperdibili e soprattutto ristoranti capaci di offrire la stessa atmosfera che abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento: qualità e calore umano. Da ora in poi l’Indipendent Studio Apartment with Terrace sarà la mia scelta fissa ogni volta che tornerò nella splendida Firenze.

Fantastisch

Ons verblijf was kort, maar daardoor niet minder memorabel: hier hebben de gastheer en gastvrouw wel voor gezorgd! De dag van aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Alessandro en Alessia en kregen we zelfs een lift naar het centrum van Florence. Ook zonder hulp was de stad vanaf deze locatie perfect te bereiken, ofwel per bus (8 min) of lopend (25min). Alessandro en Alessia gaven veel tips zodat we zoveel mogelijk uit ons (korte) verblijf konden halen. En wat hebben we genoten! Alles was comfortabel en schoon, met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Komen zeker nog eens terug!

Un apartamento pequeñito pero con muchísimo encanto y con todos los servicios para poder cocinar, descansar, lavar la ropa y disfrutar de su terraza. Muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad tanto a pie como en transporte público. Al lado también de una parada de tranvía que te llevará hasta el aeropuerto o la estación. Sin duda alguna repetiría nuestra estancia, agradecer la hospitalidad enorme que nos ha demostrado Alessandro durante toda nuestra estancia, que es lo que hace que sea más que excepcional el lugar.

Una piacevole fuga romantica a Firenze

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento è stato davvero perfetto. Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Alessandro è una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Oda gayet temiz ve büyüktü. Konum tramvaya 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde merkeze ulaşım için 3 durak. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlüydü. Bize şehir hakkında bilgiler verdi saat kaç olursa olsun yardıma ihtiyacımız olursa aramamız için bile ısrarcıydı. Hediye ettiği şarap içinde teşekkür ederiz.

No tengas dudas y quédate aquí. Alessandro es un anfritión excepcional, nos preparó recomendaciones de restaurantes y de visitas en nuestro idioma, te regala una botella de vino de la zona. Ofrece su ayuda en todo lo que necesites y a la hora que lo necesites. El apartamento está genial y muy limpio, ubicado cerca de la parada de tranvía. Goza de una terraza muy linda. Sin duda, cuando volvamos repetiremos :)

Ein sehr gemütliches Apartment mit dem liebsten Gastgeber

Alessandro ist super lieb und jederzeit erreichbar. Einen besseren Vermieter hätten wir uns gar nicht vorstellen können. Er hat uns im Vorhinein schon angeboten, uns die beste Tramverbindung herauszusuchen und wir durften auch schon früher einchecken als eigentlich geplant. Am letzten Tag hat er uns sogar ein sehr leckeres Frühstück vorbeigebracht - als Entschuldigung dafür, dass er am Tag vorher ein paar Stunden lang nicht geantwortet hatte (was aber überhaupt kein Problem war!!). Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet (die Dusche ist ein Traum!), in der kleinen Küche findet man alles, was man für den kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben nicht großartig gekocht, aber es ist eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher, 2 Herdplatten, ein Paninimaker und ein Kühlschrank da. Im Kühlschrank hatte uns Alessandro sogar schon 2 Wasserflaschen, Butter und Marmelade hergerichtet (der Mann ist wirklich super lieb). Und die Terrasse ist natürlich auch ein Highlight. Alles in allem Erlebnisse, die wir seit langem hatten.

Wenn man zu Fuß geht, dauert es schon 20-30 min bis man im Zentrum ist. Das ist ein bisschen anstrengend. Aber das muss man auf keinen Fall machen, die Tramlinie 1 hält quasi direkt vor der Tür und fährt auch sehr regelmäßig und auch noch spät in der Nacht.

落ち着いて自分たちのペースで快適に滞在出来た事。何かあればアレッサンドロさんも直ぐ対応してくださるとの事だったのでとても安心でしたが。

部屋の設備も良く清潔で、備品やお茶類、小腹を満たせる様な物が準備されていて、至る所にオーナーのアレッサンドロさんの心遣いを感じました。私たちを出迎えてくれた時の言葉や仕草がとても優しくとてもリラックスできました。それに歓迎の意味でワインのボトル迄準備されていました。またアレッサンドロさんは、問題が生じた場合、それがどこであったとしても24時間いつでも僕に連絡をして良いんだよと念を押して説明してくれました。本当に心強かったです。

住宅地なのでお店が少ない事。でもトラムの駅から直ぐなのでサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅へのアクセスは良いです。
