Suitable for the family, the rooms are big
Everything necessary has been considered at home. It was important for us to have a location and parking lot.
There was too much dust in the house, this can be paid attention to

Overall it was a good place for family to stay specially in Luzern area.
It was a good location near to bus stop, clean and nice place. Good for staying with family.
The apartment was on 2nd floor and no elevator was available. Only one bathroom in the apartment which sometime difficult for family of 5 members.

Passable
1. There is a very big construction site just across the street and the noise was all day long. Also the apartment is facing a railway and many trains pass by everyday. 2. Maybe this is personal to me but the popcorn wall in the kitchen and hallway is really unbearable. 3. The apt is not small baby friendly because there is no fence or protection apparatus beside the window, and during the whole period of our stay, my two and half years son tried to jumped from the windows any time he wanted, and we have to follow him closely all the time, it was really very exhausting.

Excellent for Family
-Excellent place for Family. We loved the apartment. Star facilities, very clean and organised. No air condition but fan available. Read the Check-in instructions and how to collect the key before hand. Apartment in 2nd floor by steps. No lift. Staff response to any queries immediately- Just a message away. Close to the bus stop and a short ride to Lucerne main station. Buy groceries at COOP supermarket at the train station. No good groceries near by. All utensils available in the kitchen(no peeler😄). Overall a nice place to stay. A small balcony to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available. Apartment facing road and rail track. Windows are sound proof so no disturbance.

Nice, cozy and very modern room with attentive host
Modern, bright, and clean accomodation. Friendly host, which is very attentive. Got free welcome wine bottle and chocholate. Kitchen area is spacious and utensils are modern and complete. Free park is helpful, but it is at the back of the apartment. Eventhough no air-con, it’s slightly cool because of trees at the back of the apartment during the night. As we checked-out before midday, we cant tell how the room’s temperature is during the day.
Everything is perfect, but we cant give 10 unfortunately because of the corridor and entrance is dark - looks like the lamps are off (felt spooky a bit) - we have to use our mobile phone flashlight to carry our lugages, which is bit troublesome. There is a construction across the apartment - starting early morning - but it is not a big problem.

enjoyed our stay and nice space.
the actual space was very clean, modern and bedding was very comfortable. Easy to enter the property as videos were provided for a lock box so no issues with check in or check out. laundry was difficult but we let owner know and he was attentive to the issue.
I would suggest if you stay here to make sure you pick up groceries and liquor (if you like) before you arrive as there is no store for this in the immediate vicinity. once we figured that out it was easy to plan! About an 8-11 minute bus ride to main train and bus station in lucerne. Buses come frequently.
