4 flights up with luggage but it was manageable

Location, amenities, maintenance of the property was to the best standards. Someone was provided to help us with the luggage both on our arrival and departure which was a big help given the flight of stairs up.

Being an open floor plan the privacy aspect for larger groups especially for bathing was something that required work arounds.

Gorgeous space. Excellent location.

The stairs where a lot both into and within the apartment. The loft bed was very hot and I had to sleep in the living room due to the warmth upstairs.

The place is gorgeous, in a great location in old town and plenty of room for our family of 5. It was clean and beautiful.

We knew it was a penthouse walk-up which was no problem except for the heat. It was a super hot week and the portable AC units were not all that great. Furthermore they had big vent tubes and no info on how to vent them, no way to easily vent them out the windows without all the hot air then coming in through the then open windows and when we asked the hosts about how to use it we got no response for 24 hours. They completely ignored both of our messages - one about how to work the ACs with the vent tubes and one about a sewage smell throughout the place. They just sent their standard check-out message 30+ hours later and never even acknowledged our prior messages. We could barely sleep with how hot it was even with the ACs running. Then the whole place smelled like sewage which was unpleasant enough but with the heat was disgusting. So while it is beautiful and in different weather might have been great as it was it was ridiculously hot and stunk of sewage for most of our two day stay with no responses at all to our messages from the hosts. Way too expensive for that poor level of service and conditions! We left feeling like we deserved a refund.
