Loved the hospitality and the convenience. Will surely love to stay here again

Location, amenities, maintenance of the property was to the best standards. Someone was provided to help us with the luggage both on our arrival and departure which was a big help given the flight of stairs up.

Being an open floor plan the privacy aspect for larger groups especially for bathing was something that required work arounds.

Perfect location and very comfortable apartment for family of 5!

Perfect location for morning coffee, restaurants, and strolling along Lake Lucerne. Very easy check-in. Loved the loft setup for our family of 5. We all appreciated the chocolates provided on the kitchen table and looking out the balcony onto the town and Mount Pilatus.

Everything was great. Location fantastic. Literally looking on to monuments and 500 year old buildings. Clean, high end apartment set within a very old building with great character. Everything within the property was quality from the beds to the appliances. Travelled with our kids 7 and 11 … they loved the uniqueness of it.

Excellent stay!

The location is fantastic-everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The penthouse itself is stunning offering a luxurious stay with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and even the sofa is a great place to relax. Overall, a perfect stay! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top tier experience.

Short family stay

Centrally located in the old city. Wonderful views from the windows. Our hosts provided a great selection of recommended restaurants which we tried out. Kids loved being so central and not having to walk long distances.

Great place for young and fit people.

Great location in old town lucern. Walking distance to lucern station. Convenient store extremely close by. Good for families. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

There is no lift. There was no mention of the stairs in the booking description. There are quite a couple of flight of stairs (steep) to get to the penthouse entrance and then the penthouse is 3 levels - was unfortunate for older guests after a long day sightseeing/walking. Extremely difficult to bring multiple bags up/down. However assistance is offered by hosts. Lighting in penthouse upstair levels is quite poor near the bathroom. Light was not working in main dining room. Could benefit from additional table or storage areas for belongings.

Everything is excellent.

Penthouse’s design is excellent. The penthouse is clean and tidy. We sleep very well in every night. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can cooked all the time. Yannick is very helpful and provides useful information to us.

No elevator , which is not friendly to elderly, as it was built for around 400 years ago. Yannick provides help for us to pick our luggage to the penthouse.

Fabulous apartment in heart of Lucerne

Myself and my family were the first guests, and I must say that was one of the best experiences we had traveling for years and years. Owners' attention to detail and readiness to help were truly remarkable, and we had our questions and requests addressed 100% Apartment otself is definitely sth that you will want to share with yiur friends, as it has stunning view of old town streets and roofs and is finished in really non-trivial way, combining all modern amenities with filling you're staying in really historic and in the same time cozy place. We also appreciated the kitchen equipment, being able to cook nice dinner for whole 4 adults and a kid, you will have every tool you need. Location-wise it's as central as you vlcan be, but atbthe same time coop is right around the corner and central station just 10mins walk. And ofc Lucerne is probably most beatiful city in Switzerland! Overall fabuluous experience and can't recommend enough for anyone looking for a money and time well-spent.

Magnifique séjour au centre d'une ville qui mérite d'être visité.

Situé au centre de Lucerne vous avez accès à tout sans utiliser votre véhicule. Appartement très spacieux et moderne, meublé avec gout. Propre et avec des équipements complets. Aline et Yannick répondent à vos besoins à 360°. Nous le recommandons. Aucun bruit n'a dérangé notre sommeil malgré la position centrale.

Lors de première soirée des odeurs de nourriture sont montées dans l'escalier d'accès et dans l'appartement. ceci a été réglé le jour suivant. Les escaliers d'accès sont compliquées pour des personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité.

Абсолютно все понравилось, мы были в восторге от апартаментов, оснащения, вся техника была Miele, вид из окна на миллион завтракать было одно удовольствие На наш состав выдало не так много вариантов проживания, но этот объект определенно стоит своих денег , я очень рада что выбрала именно его, выходишь из подъезда и ты уже в центре!

Ножи чуть уже туповатые были, можно подточить, и подниматься до 4 этажа пешком с чемоданами, но поверьте даже это того стоит

Appartement situé au coeur de la vieille ville, à proximité de toutes les facilités. Très confortable et parfaitement équipé. Déco au goût du jour, beaucoup du charme et de surcroît sous les combles, tout ce qu'on aime ! Nous nous réjouissons déjà de notre prochain séjour à Lucerne ;)
