Cocina con disponibilidad lavavajillas y cafetera tipo Nespresso. Ducha confortable y agua caliente suficiente. Calefacción.
Toda la unidad necesita renovación de mobiliario. Cobertor de sofá sucio. Ropa de cama y almohadas nada confortables. Lavadora con olor a humedad. Falta de algunos enseres de cocina (tijeras, mantel,...).

Un rez de chaussée qui donne sur le trottoir obligé de vivre les stores fermés très dangereux pour les cambriolages ! Mais rapporte qualité prix l’appartement n’est pas cher comparé aux autres vu sa superficie .

The apartment was in general very comfortable. There is air condition in the room, which was really helpful specially during the days we stayed (because weather was really hot).
There is a functional washing machine which was really useful, also clothes drying racks. In the apartment also you can find a balcony. The kitchen had the necessary equipment for preparing food.
The apartment is located near the main train station in Menton, 10 min to the city center and the near beach.
I cannot complain about anything. Everything was good!
