We liked the location close to the centre of Paris, comfort of the apartment, quite calm indoor part of the building, active approach of the host who even came to change lightbulb.
The only thing we would recommend to put there more non-transparent curtains to the window to have more private space.

The picture on the wall. The heater.
The flat was very old. The broken pot. The host was rude sometimes. The district looked the dangerous place.
