Lots of space and beautiful gardens with various places to sit and enjoy the stunning location.
Pool area was lovely and we felt safe with the excellent safety alarm. We loved the personal touches from the owner.
Lack of airconditioning in the bedrooms - it took us a few days to get used to ‘cooling’ the rooms in the evening. The pool area could have benefited from a couple of parasols.

The house is so private and the gardens and pool areas are extremely beautiful. The house has been beautifully renovated and is spotless. The gardens have multiple charming spots in which to relax, eat, doze, watch the sun set, sunbathe and generally recharge depleted batteries.
There was nothing we didn't like. If you are looking for air conditioning, you will be disappointed but there are ceiling fans and if you open and close shutters, windows and doors as and when advised by the note the owner leaves, the house remains cool. Not every bedroom is en suite but there are plenty of bathroom and toilet facilities for a family group or a group of friends to share easily.

We don't use "exceptional" often or likely, but this property is exceptional. The host is delightful, the grounds are peaceful and beautiful, and the close proximity to Aix-en-Provence can't be beat. We have told and will continue to tell others about this gem and plan to stay here again at our first opportunity. Our extended family was speechless from our photos of the flowers around the house. Don't miss it!
