Best Location & View

Location was amazing, right in the centre of town but in a quiet street! Loved having that gorgeous view of the church. The apartment had everything you would need for a few days and a small supermarket only across the square. Beds were very comfortable too. There was a Christmas tree put up inside too which was a lovely homely touch. Highly recommend

I need a much firmer mattress. The stovetop was tricky. The kitchen should be better equipped / basic implements were missing.

Nice place and location, needs a little sorting out to reach full potential.

Property was cute and had a great location. Right off the town center. Cookies and milk a nice touch. Nice kitchen area although we didn’t use and a nice patio area ( could use a little attention, dead to half dead plants and debris). Linens on beds were nice and cosy.

Property needs a little maintenance. Window shade in front bedroom didn’t work, thermostat instructions in guidebook said u could adjust temp with the thermostat but it didn’t do anything to help warm up the place, towel warmer/dryer didn’t seem to work, no bathroom amenities like most of the properties we have stayed at recently. Small tiny little disc of soap. Towels were hit or miss, one was nice, other old and somewhat frayed, bath mat stained. Dirty laundry, sheets from previous guests left in bottom of bedroom closet. Hair dryer not working, later found out they were aware and had bought a small travel one to replace it for previous guest, but it was in another location and we missed seeing it, left broken one in bedside drawer. Mattresses have some uneven and uncomfortable spots, like a spring has sprung, if u roll over on one of these in the night u will feel it. Hard to tell who to call for what. Were told contact was cleaning company but when we called day of arrival to see if it was okay to get in 1 hour early we were told to call the owner, but didn’t have number for the owner. So I guess there is staycotswolds, and a property owner, and the cleaning company? Easier when you have 1 person who is easy to get ahold of, the other two homes we stayed in elsewhere in England had 1 person. Guidebook could be better. Needs updating. Some advice dated, some info missing, lot of “what not to do” instead of “what to do”. Lastly, find a better place for the key lockbox. When leaving, key box was buried by two bags of dirty, wet trash that were stacked on top of a trash can. We had to clear it in order to reach the key box, leaving us searching for a place to wash our hands before we left since we already locked up the place.

😊 It was immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, including chocolate biscuits and milk! Quiet. Great location. Easy parking at Tesco.

The key safe is right behind several large commercial rubbish bins that were overflowing with rubbish.

Central to where we needed to be

It’s was central, parking was outside even though it had a 2 hours parking limit, after 6pm you could leave your car overnight

The beds where a little uncomfortable, but that didn’t make our stay any less perfect

Excellent location to explore the town and surrounding areas. The apartment was well appointed and thought put into the layout and decorated to a high standard. Comfortable beds, decent shower and wardrobe space. Biscuits and pint of milk :)

Nothing really. This is not a criticism of the apartment at all, but you need to be mindful of having to park in a different street a short walk away for > 2 hours, not an issue for us as we parked in Well Lane for most of the weekend, just bear in mind if you need to need to be close to your vehicle.

Stow is a great destination and the Church View Apartment is delightful

We don't easily give 10's but the flat was very good and the location is unbeatable. On a quieter street right off the square. Keeps you in the heart of things but out of the rush. A little, but well-stocked, grocery store just on the far side of the square. Stow is delightful and a great balance among Cotswold towns. Tons of charm. There is an ebb and flow of tourists each day but it is not overwhelmed and still keeps its character. Great shops and places to eat. Anitques - Lee Chinnick and the Tara Antique Center. Had a great local pub experience and steak and ale pot pie at the King's Arms.

UNA GRAN ELECCIÓN . ESTUVIMOS ENCANTADAS.

La casa es ideal. Monísima y cómoda. Super bien ubicada. Las camas muy cómodas. La cocina estupenda con todo lo necesario. Y la terraza súper! No la usamos porque salíamos muy pronto a nuestras excursiones y cuando regresábamos era de noche . Además del frío en Noviembre.

Lo único que nos pareció escaso fue el papel higiénico. Un par de rollos más hubiera sido lo ideal.
