It was my first time spending the night in Brighton, and I needed a double room for my wife and me after a live show we had booked. We both feel lucky that we found this small gem near the beachfront.
While the room is not the most spacious, it has a very nice, cosy king-size bed. The room was clean, and tea and water were offered. Also, mind that our room had a small fridge for any needs. The staff were super friendly and assisted with any questions. If you look for a nice, small family-owned inn near the beachfront, it's totally recommended!

Clean room, helpful staff and good location

The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Had to pay extra for en-suite as my room had a separate bathroom down a flight of stairs, impossible for frequent toilet trips in the night. The room was clean & bed comfortable but very noisy due to heavy doors banging & people above walking around all night. The tv was tiny & very high up so not easy to watch.

The staff was verry serviceminded and helpful.
