The hotel had been recently renovated. It was very comfortable in the common areas, with great patio space and very dedicated staff that did their best to help us enjoy our stay. I'd like to mention Konstantina and Nasia at the reception desk and all the staff at the breakfast room, lead by Giorgos, and also the lady who served both at the breakfast room and the cafeteria. The hotel is perfectly situated, at the end of Guildford Street, one of the nicest streets in town, very close to the centre and yet very quiet and peaceful

The bedroom. It was too small and, in spite of the good quality of all the fittings, the bed and pillows, the shower, the cupboards, etc., it wasn't comfortable. The room didn't have a single chair (wouldn't have fitted) and, instead, it had a stool under the narrow table. The bed was comfortable but it wasn't so comfortable for us to move around it. The worst was the bathroom. The room had no separate bathroom. There was a sink next to the bed, with a revolving mirror which we often hit as we moved towards or away from the bedroom, then a shower, which was good, but, even with the closed door, would flood that part of the room. The toilet was another tiny space. This arrangement was not explained on the booking page, neither was there anything about it in the hotel website. This is very different from what we expected to get from the price we paid, over 200€ in the shoulder season. In any case, the description of the room was clearly misleading. We mentioned this at the reception and they told us, except for one room, the rest were all the same. If this is so, all the more reason to make it clear to customers before they book. This was a shame because the hotel was otherwise spectacular, but the room one gets is the central part of the experience in a hotel.

The breakfast variety was great and we were well served by George who was very personable and helped us with our Greek aswell. We loved the outdoor space which as always felt like a calm place to rest

Beautiful courtyard and inside bar area. Room not huge but nicely decorated. Large sizes of Korres toiletries provided. Great location. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Location in Old Town but not noisy. Near restaurants and even a little supermarket. Would stay again.

More fresh fruit for breakfast would have been nice.

The hotel is clean and well located

Breakfast choices are very limited. Our room was on the ground floor facing a residential building. It was noisy in the morning. The room was very dark and small for two people. It was not a pleasant stay considering that we paid over 300 euro per night. It is very overpriced.

The staff were unbelievably attentive, personal touches throughout stay. Lovely bar with outdoor seating, brilliant for a pre-dinner drink. Room was extremely clean with everything we needed and was refreshed each day. A few minute walk into the old town- near some lovely restaurants/bars.

This was my third time staying at the Bella Venezia Hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building, full of charm and character. One of my favorite parts is the lovely garden where breakfast is served—such a peaceful and scenic spot to start the day. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 3-minute walk from Corfu Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. They are genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. Every stay here has been memorable, and this visit was no exception. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back. Highly recommended!

excellent location; just a minute walk from the old town. The staff was super friendly, more than willing to help us with recommendations, parking, and anything we needed in the room.

Although the hotel makes every effort to help with parking (they have 2-3 spots reserved nearby), parking is an issue. This is not the hotels fault of course, as the building is quite old. We were lucky and we had hotel parking for 1 night and found easily on the street for the second night. Secondly the breakfast was quite basic in sharp contrast to the overall hotel experience (it was included in the room's rate). The location of the breakfast in the back yard and the staff were amazing. However the food options not so much (simply adequate). This was the only part of our stay where we could see room for improvement. The breakfast itself was OK, don't get me wrong, however when one pays premium price for such a really nice hotel with top notch facilities, one expects that the breakfast meets the same standards.

Perfect location, very clean and polite staff and service

Due to missing our ferry back to Paxos due to my husband needing to attend the hospital in Corfu, I booked the Bella Venezia and could not praise the staff and hotel highly enough. They helped with all our requirements and couldn't have been more helpful. Room, cleanliness, breakfast and location of the hotel were excellent. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
