The minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests who book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Guests have access to the entire home and riverfront amenities, excluding the garage and supply closet.
Other Things to Note:
$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking and we will send you a request for the pet fees. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated if left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.
Please note this cabin has neighbors on both sides of the home in close proximity.

It was really nice and I would stay again. The porch is super cozy and nice. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The property manager is very communicative and nice. Getting to downtown is fairly quick and easy. You will be most comfortable if you have four wheel drive. We took a Subaru Outback and a Volkswagen Passat and we managed just fine. Walmart says they deliver but we tried twice and they wouldn’t bring it all the way. I guess they got spooked. Plenty of bath supplies were provided. We lost power one night but it came back on in a few hours. We lost internet for a couple hours a few nights later. I think this is normal for the area so don’t panic if it happens. The beds could use updating and the kitchen is missing a spatula and a working can opener. Also, the loft bathroom feels really out in the open so don’t count on privacy there. Use the bottom floor bathroom for that. I should also mention that if guests are on the older side or disabled in any way, this might not be a great choice as there are very steep areas with slipping hazards.

Had a great time. Kitchen is well stocked with snacks, coffee and tea. Home is clean and would work well for a family. Only downside we could think of is that the two chairs in the living room are uncomfortable. Be sure to bring your AWD or FWD, the drive to the home from the road is short but a bit steep. We had no problems finding it though.
