Additionally, there's a charming "hobbit room" perfect for kids, featuring a twin bed with a pull-out trundle, tucked away in a special loft room.

The main level ensuite is bright and spacious with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and modern double vanity. The minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests who book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Guests have access to the entire home and riverfront amenities, excluding the garage and supply closet.
Other Things to Note:
$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking and we will send you a request for the pet fees. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated if left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.
Please note this cabin has neighbors on both sides of the home in close proximity.

Had a great time. Kitchen is well stocked with snacks, coffee and tea. Home is clean and would work well for a family. Only downside we could think of is that the two chairs in the living room are uncomfortable. Be sure to bring your AWD or FWD, the drive to the home from the road is short but a bit steep. We had no problems finding it though.

We were a group of 6 traveling from Atlanta during the week we normally go to the beach. Decided on a mountain trip and hoped to beat a little of the July heat. The river was the perfect spot. Multiple floats down the Toccoa and evenings in the 70s made for 5 great days. Will definitely put this one on the list.
