Designed for families and groups, this spacious getaway features floor-to-ceiling windows with long-range mountain and lake views, multiple outdoor living spaces, a game room, hot tub, fire pit, and room for unforgettable memories — all just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Whether you’re hiking, boating, relaxing by the fire, or gathering for a family dinner with a view, this home was built for connection, comfort, and adventure.
THE SPACE
The main living area is filled with natural light from massive windows overlooking Lake Blue Ridge and the surrounding mountains. Cozy up around the gas fireplace, stream a movie, play games, or simply enjoy the view from the plush seating area.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for easy group meals:

Please note: Our home accommodates up to 8 adults total, plus children, for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Several sleeping spaces and bunk areas are designed specifically for children and teens rather than adult groups.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Mountain roads leading to the property are steep and winding. 4WD is not required; however, and we strongly encourage arriving before dark for your first drive up.
• Winter weather can occasionally impact mountain travel. Travel insurance is highly recommended during colder months.
• Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement prior to check-in.
-48 Hours advance booking notice is required, we will not accept bookings less than that window
• While we thoroughly clean after every stay, guests with severe pet allergies may want to consider a non-pet-friendly property.

Hands down one of the best vacations we have taken with our family. The cabin was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The hosts were above and beyond welcoming, accommodating and helpful. All the descriptions about the property are on point. Everyone was happy and loved it all. My kids, as most, can be tricky sometimes and there wasn’t a moody situation at any point since all of them were enjoying every inch of the cabin and there was a favorite spot for each of them. I am so glad I found the perfect place for us to spend spring break. Honestly, when our last day came around, it was bittersweet. I am usually exhausted towards the end of a trip and I could have stayed another week if we could have.The view is amazing and waking up to that just gave you the best kick start to your day. I cannot even begin to describe how awesome the town of Blue Ridge is. People are so kind. By the third day, I felt like I already had friends and we would be recognized and greeted while strolling around.We would love to go back, specifically to this cabin since we felt so at home. Also, to do a lot more things we couldn’t fit in. I know for sure there will be no objections from my troop.

Lakeview Heights is a beautiful home on the mountain near Blue Ridge. House was clean, well decorated, very comfortable. Everything was as pictured. Check in was easy. The road to the property is very narrow and steep but we navigated it easily. It could be a little challenging for those who don't drive well or are not used to steep country back roads. The views here are amazing and the house takes great advantage of the gorgeous setting. The house is a short drive to town. We loved Blue Ridge! So many restaurants, we especially loved Mercier Orchards, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Misty Mountain Hops, and Chester Brunnemeyers. Toccoa Swinging Bridge is a must see, but you need AWD vehicle with decent clearance for the access road. Our almost three grandson did that hike with ease. Highly recommend the scenic train ride as well.Overall, we loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again!!
