Designed for families and groups, this spacious getaway features floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple outdoor living spaces, a game room, hot tub, fire pit, and room for unforgettable memories — all just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.
Whether you’re hiking, boating, relaxing by the fire, or gathering for a family dinner with a view, this home was built for connection, comfort, and adventure.
THE SPACE
The main living area is filled with natural light from massive windows overlooking Lake Blue Ridge and the surrounding mountains. Cozy up around the gas fireplace, stream a movie, play games, or simply enjoy the view from the plush seating area.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for easy group meals:

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Mountain roads leading to the property are steep and winding. 4WD is not required; however, and we strongly encourage arriving before dark for your first drive up.
• Winter weather can occasionally impact mountain travel. Travel insurance is highly recommended during colder months.
• Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement prior to check-in.
• While we thoroughly clean after every stay, guests with severe pet allergies may want to consider a non-pet-friendly property.

Lakeview Heights is a beautiful home on the mountain near Blue Ridge. House was clean, well decorated, very comfortable. Everything was as pictured. Check in was easy. The road to the property is very narrow and steep but we navigated it easily. It could be a little challenging for those who don't drive well or are not used to steep country back roads. The views here are amazing and the house takes great advantage of the gorgeous setting. The house is a short drive to town. We loved Blue Ridge! So many restaurants, we especially loved Mercier Orchards, Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Misty Mountain Hops, and Chester Brunnemeyers. Toccoa Swinging Bridge is a must see, but you need AWD vehicle with decent clearance for the access road. Our almost three grandson did that hike with ease. Highly recommend the scenic train ride as well.Overall, we loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was fantastic. Your home is beautiful and was perfect for our two families to share a week making memories for spring break! Your decor is gorgeous and your beds and linens were high end. We noticed and appreciated every detail!!Thank you for sharing it with us, we'll definitely be back.
