About this cabin rental
A beautiful spacious (5,000 sq ft) lake house on Lake Blue Ridge. Located in a quiet cove and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge GA. A gentle slope down to the waters edge with private 2 story dock. The home includes two master suites, a well stocked chef's kitchen, a large gas grill, fire pit, hot tub, screened in porch, a large wrap around deck, and a great patio for entertaining, lower level game room with flat screen TV, wet bar, and fireplace. New hot tub and fire pit outside looking out at the lake.
Layout of bedrooms in the house-
Main Level- Large Master on the main floor with a King bed. Also a half bath on the main floor off of the entrance hall.
Upstairs- Features a large room with 4 Twin beds and a Double bed in it. Upstairs also has a loft overlooking the lake that has 2 futons.
Lower Level- 2nd Master bedroom with King bed. Another guest room with a Queen bed and also has a Murphy's bed in the same room that is a double bed. The bathroom downstairs has 2 bathrooms that share a large shower. The lower level has a 2nd kitchen, another fireplace and living area with a pool table and games.
We also have a blow up mattress and pack n play available. We are pet friendly, but we do have a $200 pet fee to cover added cleaning.
There are 5 exterior security cameras at our house. That are for security purposes only and record when they see movement.

3) camera at the back screen door pointing at the steps leading up to the porch
4) camera pointed at the basement doors that enter the game room
5) camera pointed at the back yard/lake/boat dock/hot tub.

The cabin was wonderful! It had plenty of room for our whole family. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Sarah was available for all my questions and made sure our vacation was enjoyable!

Words cannot express what a FANTASTIC time we had on Blue Ridge Lake! The house was exceptional with all the necessities, amenities and pleasantries to make our stay extra special. The outdoor play on the lake was great, with kayaks, a canoe, and a floating dock in deep, clear water followed by a dip in the hot tub. Everyone loved it! When not on the lake, we were whitewater rafting or tubing on nearby rivers or strolling around the quaint town of Blue Ridge. If you’re looking for the perfect large family vacation spot and rental, this is the place for you. Thank you, Sarah, for being such an outstanding host and for sharing your beautiful lake home with us!

Check in process was great. Walked in property someone left half drank tea on table, had to throw away. The french doors downstairs wouldn't shut properly and hot water in shower downstairs wasnt working correctly, figured it out. Talked with host about it, she stated in future will mention both issues for other renters some of the wine glasses were dirty. Found christmas ornament under tv stand, which tells me house cleaner doesnt do thorough job. Speaking of cleaning, the cleaning lady showed up at 10:15 am, 45 minutes before check out, so we felt rushed to get out, i felt that was rude. Overall i would give 3 stars
