ø Apartment is located on the third floor (will have to take a flight of stairs)
ø Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)
ø Pets accepted at our discretion, and for a fee.
ø Building is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone
ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.
IMPORTANT: If you have ANY questions about AC location, heating, noise levels, pets, parking, mobility issues, or any special needs/requirements whatsoever, be sure to contact me *before* booking to ensure our place is a good fit for you!
NOTE: The city is doing a bit of construction on the side street next to the building until the end of October. They only work on weekdays from 7am-3pm. Not all units are affected. Check with me before booking.

The apartment is exactly what it looks like in the picture. Two small bedrooms and a living room/kitchen/dining combo. Plenty of space and clean enough.
Leaving the building is a different story. There were homeless people, and people in fentanyl induced comas everywhere. We did not feel safe walking out of or back into the building. We left a day early and stayed elsewhere.

The apartment is small but has everything you would need in a base while exploring Montreal. We loved that we were within walking distance to 2 Metro stations. This made it easy to see attractions in different parts of the city. The neighborhood was urban but felt very safe. People were friendly and helpful. We loved walking to the Mont Royal area to eat and people watch. We had a grand time and enjoyed our apartment.
For US travelers, we did initially struggle with the air conditioning, but with a bit of advice we were able get it operating properly. Our landlady was quick to respond to our confusion.

Everything was straight forward. There was an ongoing mural festival outside for our entire stay but due to the location of the VRBO, we didn't experience any high or annoying level of noise.
