2 Bedrooms, 1 Sofa bed and 1,5 Bathrooms, Renovated Apartment in the Heart of Plateau Mont-Royal

Spacious , clean , comfortable beds . Well equipped kitchen and fab neighbourhood with bakeries, restaurants, shops within walking distance. Able to walk to the jazz festival which was a bonus .

Weather v hot and AC didn’t reach the bedrooms

The owner was friendly and helpful. Checkin was simple and quick. The location is good, it is on the main street but we didn't find it too noisy with the windows closed. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The Metro stops are about a 15 minute walk and there are supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen was great and well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook basic meals. The beds were comfortable and large. There was enough space for 2 couples to stay comfortably. The apartment is furnished in a simple fashion but has everything you need for a short stay. The washing machine and dryer were also appreciated.

The apartment wasn't that clean on arrival, it looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned and there were crumbs and detritus on the couch and table. There was a vacuum cleaner on site that we could use ourselves. The bathroom was good except that the shower head appears to be not working properly, which is a minor detail. The steep stairs might be an issue for some people. Especially with a lot of luggage.

Location is convenient. 2 separate bedrooms is good. Nice kitchen. Bathrooms were clean.

Noisy location. Stairs are terrible. Hard to lug up luggage. Uber pick up is on St Dominique instead of St Lauren. Flooring is coming up. Bathroom fans are v noisy. Small Ba needs hooks for towels.
