Sometimes difficult using long entry code to apartment. Very high step to front door.

Two bedrooms off a nice living room, full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. Beds nice and soft for those who like soft beds (the one in our group who prefers a firm mattress found the beds uncomfortable). Bathroom with large shower. Modern decor. Scruffy location but on the plateau so close to where we wanted to go.

TV in the living room didn't work (remote control was missing and there was no way to choose channels with the buttons under the TV). TVs in each bedroom worked but only with our own streaming accounts. Mild unpleasant chemical smell throughout the apartment especially noticeable in the pillows. The "stylish" fixtures were cheaply made, but they worked fine. Coffee maker didn't work with the one pod that was available. No lower-tech means of making coffee or tea (I.e. no strainers or filters). No electric kettle, but there was a stove top kettle. The ground floor window of one of the bedrooms was badly cracked as though someone had tried to break in and the window had not yet been repaired.

La qualité des prestations l'appartement est magnifique, l'emplacement, le quartier est très sympathique, proche centre ville et du mont royal, restaurants et petits commerces.

Le manque de parking attribué au logement. C'est un budget en plus si on reste longtemps. La vue sur les poubelles aux niveau des chambres .

Newly remodeled apartment with 2 bedrooms, stylish, nicely decorated. Highs celling kitchen, fully equipped. A bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. Location is great, close to restaurants, galleries, bakeries.

The apartment is literally on street level, you walk in from a street straight to the living room. The bedding on one of the beds was not too clean. We had issue with termostat. during a day the temperature was 87F, the system was not responsive, we complained to manager/owner-promised to send someone to fix it next day. The temperature had risen to 95F at night, we could not open the windows, it was unbearable. Unfortunately, despite numerous text messages no one came to fix the termostat next day. We had to fix it and restart ourself.
