Newly renovated december 2018 modern design Private Loft apartment located in a calm street in the city center of Delft. Next to the Theatre house and cinema walk in 5 min to all the touristic locations, market square, central station and the old town. The house comes serviced with a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for 2 people with 1 double bed.

Public parking garage next door €3 per hour, with a maximum of € 20 for 24 hours. f

It just around the corner of the busy and buzzing city center of Delft.
This makes it very convenient yet nice calm place to rest after long day of traveling and or sight seeing.
Next to the large parking "Zuidpoort Garage" which is cheaper then parking on the street only € 16, - per day of 24hours.
Next to the Pathe Cinema and de Veste Theatre house.
Around the corner you can find restaurants and if you walk more towards the market square lots and lots of bars and cafe's
Also around the corner of the shopping mall and shopping center.
Central station delft is 7 minutes walking distance.
Public transportation, stops right in front of door.
Super market and market square are less then 5 minute walk.
Both Unesco and TU Delft campus are 7 minutes by walk.
Can't make it more convenient then this location.
Note that these are classical typical old dutch houses we use wooden floors which might not be as soundproof or airtight as modern concrete houses. So some noise might be hearable deep in the night.

-The TU Delft and the business parks of Delft and Rijswijk are within walking & cycling distance.
The cities of Rotterdam and The Hague can be reached within 15 minutes by train from Delft station.
Tram line 1 goes via Rijswijk, The Hague Center to Scheveningen beach and tram line 19 goes via Ypenburg, Leidschenveen to Leidschendam / Leidschenhage.
Delft is the central hub for those who wish to sightsee multiple cities.
