It does its job. Nothing more nothing less.

The place was quite clean, recently renovated and all appliances new. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the university. The rate was budget friendly without this necessarily meaning that we stayed in a rabbit hole -quite the opposite- the place was decent. Aaaand that's basically it.

We requested a 2-hour late checkout the morning we were leaving. The host replied that they had another guest coming in 20min and poslitely declined. It is impossible to clean the place properly in such short time. We left at 11:05 and nobody was there to clean. So, either the next guest went in a dirty apartment - or the host found a cheap lie to decline our request. Of course it is still a request and just because I ask does not mean I will get it, but dude don't lie -it's not cool. The toilet is split in two. One tiny room poorly ventilated with a seat + tiny sink that barely fit a person (I am 177cm tall, 80kg- quite average) and a bigger room next to it with the sink and shower. Weird arrangement - but not a big issue. The place is located 20+ min walk from the central station. Not that convenient if you travel with luggage, but still not a big issue. The host does require the city tax to be paid via wire or paypal prior to your arrival and is not sharing any details on checkin if you don't do it. So, check your booking.com messages. It would be nice if there at least the Revolut option is included since many travellers opt for this.

First - I have made full paiment, including tourist tax in advance. A half an hour before my plane has taken off I've received a masage, that they have currently experiencing a power outage, which can't be solved the same day. So - they offer me other apartment. We have not any other chance exept the accept the new offer. The second aparment was not bad, but on the second day during the night we have had a power outage there. So - it was dark and cold until we left at 8.00 a.m. Early morning - no power, to hot water, no tea, no coffe. I ask the owner for compensation, because at the end I have'n receive anyting I've paid. But guess what - nothing. So - I advise you to avoid this apartment - it is not reliable. For so many years with Booking this is my first time I've been treated this way. It is unacceptable.

Great value accommodation in a beautiful city

Clean, convenient, if you like walking, well stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery, bed very comfortable, ground floor location.

Sadly the wifi router wasn't connected to the internet, WC a bit cramped, student neighbours a bit noisy the first night and a little too warm despite 2 good fans, but then the hot weather exceptional.

Delft is a great reprieve after Amsterdam

Probably the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed at!

There was a language barrier with the host but no major issues We had to sign out of the Netflix because it was obviously in use either in their own home or in other units owned by the same person (exceeded accounts)

The property itself was ok

Parking. On booking.com page the description says parking €16, reservation is not needed. We found the slot in front of the property. The street was marked as code 3100 re parkerendelft.com. However the site was in Dutch and very user-unfriendly. I contacted the property manager (host) and asked for written instructions to pay for parking. I haven’t got any practical information, but was asked “where I was from” obviously due to my regional accent. I found such attitude very rude and offensive. We were supposed to have a nice evening in a nice local restaurant, but were too nervous and intimidated to enjoy it. It was highly unprofessional way to treat a customer.

Beware not as advertised and literally stinks!

Beware the pictures and reviews are deceptive! The bathroom is split into two extremely small areas separated by doors that hit eachother when opened! But the worst part is the smell of sewage throughout. Windows without screens had to be opened and we all got mosquito bites as a result (plus it is noisy)

Again deception in advertising- there is NO washer dryer in the apartment- you have to go into the BATHROOM of the neighboring apartment at specific times to use the washer ( the dryer was in use so we could not use it which left us with wet clothes)

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and designed well. It is quite suitable for a family of three. We love its location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Even though it is very close to the center, it is still quite a neighborhood. We will definitely stay in this place again. highly recommended!

A basic apartment

very easy to get into the centre by foot, a spacious quiet apartment

No fan until we asked for one which was supplied, as the apartment was hot and stuffy. We haven’t stayed anywhere without a toaster. A bedside light on the floor with no socket to plug into and no bedside table. The advertised washing machine was actually in another apartment and we had to go back and forth when it was being used by someone else. With more attention to detail it could have been a great apartment but it felt more like student accommodation.

Beautiful, comfortable studio flat in lovely location.

We stayed here as a family - two parents and children aged 11 and 15 and it was perfect for us. Two extremely comfortable beds with lots of bedding, pillows and towels, and basic kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, hot plate, sink, plates, cutlery etc). There’s a table and four chairs, a hallway and separate shower room and toilet. The flat is a 10 minute walk from the Jumbo supermarket and a 20 minute walk from the railway station. The staff were helpful by messages and it was easy to check ourselves in. a perfect base in the beautiful Delft.

There wasn’t a washing machine in the property, but apparently there is access to one if you ask (which we didn’t realise)

It was the best apartment in the best price. It was near the centre of the town and close to the central station. There is also a bus station 1 minute from the apartment. I recommend it to everyone!!

Апартаменты оборудованы очень посредственно: в прихожей отсутствует отопление из за этого температура была не комфортной, отсутствуют прикроватные тумбочки, невозможно положить телефон или планшет, оказалась на одной из кроватей поломанная ломе ль, что мешало комфортно спать. Не было даже двух бокалов для шампанского и не удалось приготовить Рождественскую утку, так как духовой шкаф оказался микроволновой печью, и не хватало посудомоечной машины

Me parecieron muy mal educados. Para darme la clave el día antes me presionaron para que pagara las tasas, sin darme cuenta las pague 2 veces y no me querían devolver el dinero. Ojo la ventana está rota y entra frío hay que subirse a la parte baja de la ventana para cerrarla. Las toallas están rotas y para colmo a las 10.59 nos abrió la puerta la persona de la limpieza. Bastante vergonzoso todo

"Verborgen juweel" heet dit appartement terecht

Dit "verborgen juweel" (letterlijke vertaling van de naam van de accomodatie) is precies dat. Boven en in de toegangsdeur is nog het glas in lood, dat traditioneel in dit soort buurten veel voorkwam. Het is een benedenwoning in een rustige zijstraat, minder dan 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en van de TU-Delft. De woning beschikt over een keukenhoek met een goede afzuiginstallatie en een eettafel. In de kleine badkamer is een goede douche. De verhuurder reageert bijzonder snel op berichten. Vanaf het station is het 20 minuten lopen, maar er rijdt ook een bus. Kortom: een bijna perfecte plek voor een bezoek aan Delft.

De douchevloer is erg glad. In de gootsteen ontbreekt een stop (of afwasteil), waardoor je bij het afwassen veel water gebruikt. Hoewel in Delft een strikt systeem van afvalscheiding geldt, is hierover in het appartement geen informatie te vinden en ook is er geen tweede afvalbak, om aan de afvalscheiding mee te kunnen doen. Maar laat je hierdoor niet weerhouden: het is echt een superleuk appartement.
