Delightful, comfortable hiberation spot

Super cosy. And the skylight adds some quirk and gentle backlight to the room. The bed, combined with the skylight, was just begging for a day in, reading, with rain on the skylight glass. Shops and sightseeing places were all within a comfortable stroll or two. Definite romantic weekend get-away potential.

Great location. Good if you are not to spend time during the day in room.

The best thing about the house is the location. Very central to Delft and close to all the important things in the center of the city. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the host really nice and helpful both on check in and check out.

If your plan is just to go to sleep at night, then room is good enough for everything you need. Yet, if you need to stay any time inside, the room is very dark with almost no natural light and not a lot of artificial lights either. In such a room it would be better to have a different colour in the walls. Also, bathroom was really small and you have to clean and dry it well every time to take a shower in order to use the toilet since they share the same space.

Delft Getaway

Chantal was really nice and allowed us to check in early. The apartment was lovely and clean, and the location was great. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was nice.

The town was doing repairs to sidewalk and sewer lines right in front of our door and it made getting down the street difficult at times. This was beyond Chantal's control but dampened our experience. Also the adjacent canal and side walk was blocked with repair equipment and canal had lots of trash in it and trees were being cut and pulled out so it was a mess. Inside of apartment was good, outside not so good, again beyond Chantal's control. A tv was not listed as included but we did miss having one. It would be a nice addition.

Comfy, nice and deep sleeps

Perfect location situated in the centre of the city. Everything in walking distance including train and bike stations. The host was present, attentive and caring.

the space was very small and dark but nice and with everything you need. With an extra table where to place belongings would have been more comfortable then it already was.

Peaceful stay in the heart of Delft

Location is great. Delft centre is small anyway, but this is really easy to get to with a large underground parking lot less than 5 minutes walk away. Short walk to the main square and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The studio is newly refurbished and is really clean. The bed is very comfortable. There was bottled water in the fridge and tea and coffee available. The sleeping area is at the rear of the property, away from the street, so it is quite quiet (unless neighbours are sitting outside in their gardens / balconies etc). The host is super friendly and responds quickly to messages. She made sure I was familiar with how to find everything I needed in the studio: light switches, window blinds, tea/coffee, plates etc.

There isn't much natural light coming in - just one skylight in the sleeping area (which is good for sleeping of course). The WC / shower area is very compact, but the shower is good, and there was enough hot water. There are no cooking facilities, but there is a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and plates, cutlery etc are provided.

Très jolie ville, mais logement inadéquat, non conforme et peu pratique !

Pas de petit dejeuner, kitchenette super basique. Pas de possibilité cuisiner ou réchauffer...

Trop exigu, pas de parking à moins de 400 m, ne correspond pas aux filtres de réservation, très sombre.ta Petite table à manger debout dans le couloir d'acces. Joli et propre mais peu pratique !

Klein maar fijn

De kamer ligt midden in het centrum. De tamelijk kleine ruimte is efficiënt ingericht. Je wordt heel hartelijk persoonlijk ontvangen. Koelkast, een goed koffiezetapparaat en goede WiFi maken het extra aantrekkelijk.

Er is weinig daglicht, alleen een klein raam in het plafond. Een magnetron zou een waardevolle aanvulling zijn.

Betaalbaar appartement op een toplocatie

De locatie was prima. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse. Goede uitleg. Leuk ingericht. Goede bedden. Eigen sanitair. Goede koffie. Sfeervolle inrichting met goed meubilair. 2 gemakkelijke stoelen en een tafeltje.

Zeer donkere kleuren gebruikt. Weinig lichtinval. Het kan voor de lichtbeleving al schelen als vooral de gang tussen de douchecel en de kamer lichter wordt gesausd. Nu oogt de gang donker en heb je ook overdag kunstlicht nodig.
