A reasonable one person (or very close couple) studio in one of Europe’s best kept secret destinations

Exceptional location on the quaintest canal in the center of Delft, helped by the downstairs restaurant coincidentally being closed my entire week stay. I basically named the swans, and enjoyed a choice of worthy bakeries and coffee shops within a block, both organic and conventional grocers within two. And Olliebollen season started just over by the Oude Kerk. Would consider for my next return

As another reviewer noted, the light switch is maddening. Not a puzzle that can be solved, and it should be replaced. Also a weirdly placed wall sconce impedes the only access to the bed (banged my hip a few times). Shower drainage not ideal, means wet bathroom floor daily.

decent value for money.

the studio was clean, right in the city center. Easy to entter using a code.

Noise from the other rooms and from outside. The studio is located in an old building, with wooden, upright stairs. There was also a bit of smell from the sewage in the toilet/shower. However, overall the accommodation was nice, clean, comfy bed, restaurants and traditional shops arround.

Excellent location, quiet but very central with good restaurants, bakery, cafes and supermarkets all close by. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can self cater.

Great location!

Perfect location and nice space for 2 people! Very clean. Quick response from the host.

I had a couple questions about how to get into the room and had to contact the host, but she answered right away so it was not a big issue! The AC unit turned off a couple of times (I think it is on an interval) so it did get a little hot at night, but once we turned it back on it cooled off quickly.

Best in Delft

The location is the best in Delft, and the studio is compact but functional and you have everything you could need. We did struggle with a lack of info re appliances and needed to contact the manager a couple of times but they were great and very responsive. Easy access to the building (although as with most properties is Delft - stairs were tricky if you have mobility issues) and is surrounded by the best bars, bakeries, and boutiques. The main square is one street away and it was an amazing 10 day visit. Brilliant!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko rynku, stacji kolejowej i autobusowej. Miejsce wspaniałe ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Bardzo fajna opcja z samo zameldowaniem się. Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Miejsce godne polecenia, napewno w przyszłości skorzystam jeszcze z usług tego hotelu.

Prima, perfecte locatie en heerlijk met airco.

De locatie was perfect. En alles wat er moest zijn was er.

Waren wat kleine dingen niet op orde. losse kraan, er stond in de tekst dat kinderen niet welkom waren dat klopte echter niet volgens de eigenaar maar staat wel zo op booking.com. We had een vrouw boven ons appartement met 2 jongen kinderen. Het zijn oude panden dus heel gehorig. Dus dat was vroeg wakker door gestommel boven ons. We hadden ook een late chekout geboekt echter waren ze vergeten de codedeur aan te passen dus kwamen we na 11 00 niet meer erin. Gelukkig kregen we via de app snel een andere code dus weer opgelost.

Gemütlich, zentral, trotz kleinem Raum, alles vorhanden, was man von einem Apartment erwartet.

Citynähe, täglich mehrmals die wundervollen Glockenklänge, Wasserhahn mit kochendem Wasser, als Ersatz für Wasserkocher. Direkt am Marktplatz und trotzdem ruhig gelegen .

Griff an der Badtür, sollte eher innen als außen angebracht werden. Leider kommt die Badtür immer aus ihrer Führung, wenn man sie komplett schließen möchte.
