Fantastic host and apartment!

Very clean and nice apartment with a beautiful view on the mountains/lake. The host is fantastic, very kind, responsive and helpful. Upon arrival the the kitchen was filled with coffee, drinks and breakfast which is really great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Fantastic place, highly recommended

Silvia was lovely, very helpful and friendly and always available if you needed guidance on the area. Her place was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of space. The views from the balcony were stunning. Mandello di Lario is a great location, very peaceful away from all the hustle but with great transport links with the train station close by and boats to Bellagio and Varena. Good restaurants too. I’d much prefer to stay here than any of the busy tourist towns

Highly recommended for visiting Lake Como — we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Lake Como. The space was very well equipped with everything we needed — including air conditioning, a kitchenette, washing machines, and private parking, which made it incredibly convenient. Our host Silvia was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with great local travel tips that really enhanced our experience around the lake. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking lake view from the property — a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Everything! The location with that glorious view of the lake. The proximity to restaurants & the town and for my partner especially being literally above MotoGuzxi was wonderful but the standout for us and what makes this place exceptional is the host Silvia I don’t think I can adequately explain how special she is …Silvia picked us up from the station late on a Saturday evening and showed us all the features of the house provided a lot of local information and suggestions for restaurants & day trips as well as being just generally kind and generous this is reflected in the details in the house - the treats and other facilities have been provided with thoughtfulness and care and it seems to us that Silvia genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. Thank you for a memorable stay Silvia x

I enjoyed Silvia's flat in all points, it can't be better for a stay at como lake.

Silvia is available for all requests. She gaves us a lot of recommendations for visits and activites in the area. The flat is amazing, all is conform with the description ! Very functional, super clean, good communication with Silvia !

Amazing

Amazing views on the lake, and a beautiful garden with olive trees, grapes and blossoming flowers right in front of the patio. Sylvia was most helpful and welcoming, and has given us a tour of the place and plenty of advice on shops, restaurants and attractions. She even phoned up a wine bar upon our arrival to ask if they're open so we could go there - we arrived very late on a public holiday!

Excellently clean apartment, very suitable for a couple. Good equipment (e.g., washing machine, free wifi). An own parking space if needed. The routes for sports enthusiasts start right at the gate of the house. Peaceful and safe location, extraordinarily beautiful view from the terrace. The best thing about this place is the incredibly kind and helpful hostess, Silvia, and her parents. The reception was friendly and information was provided carefully about even the smallest details. Silvia gave a lot of information about the possibilities of the area and how to get around by public transport.

We had a wonderful stay in Mandello del Lario and Silvia is the kindest host! The accommodation is great with all the essentials and more, and the view is exceptional. We had everything we needed and wanted. It was really easy to discover the surroundings of lake Como from here. We would love to come back here one day. Definitely recommend this accommodation and Silvia as a host!

Een heel fijn verblijf en mooi centraal gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht.

Het uitzicht, waarbij je kijkt op het Comomeer. En ook de host was heel fijn in de omgang en had leuke tips. De omgeving is prachtig. Het appartement had alles wat je maar nodig hebt, zelfs een wasmachine. De kamers waren lekker koel.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Lake and Guzzi View

Wir hatten in der letzten Augustwoche 2025 einen schönen Aufenthalt im "Lake and Guzzi View". Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis auf Geschirrspüler und TV ist alles, was man nicht unbedingt erwartet, vorhanden. Parkplatz ist am Haus. Von der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Eingang gibt es einen schönen Seeblick über Mandello. Silvia ist die weltbeste Gastgeberin und hat sogar schon einige Lebensmittel wie Kaffee, Milch und Joghurt bereitgestellt, den Begrüßungssekt nicht zu vergessen. Sie gibt jede Menge Vorschläge zu Ausflugszielen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, so dass man eigentlich sogar unvorbereitet anreisen könnte. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt, wirklich toll! Somit können wir diese Unterkunft gern weiterempfehlen.

Wetterbedingt haben wir einige Wanderungen durch Stadtbesichtigungen ersetzen müssen.

Met recht Lake en Guzzi view

Prachtig gelegen appartement met alle faciliteiten die je maar kunt wensen. Fijn bed. Heerlijke douche, een keuken met alles er op en er aan en een mooi balkon. We werden heel vriendelijk welkom geheten en er waren allemaal spulletjes voor het ontbijt.

Wij zijn in Nederland waarschijnlijk verwend met de snelheid van ons internet.

Fantastische uitvalbasis om het hele meer te verkennen, met goede parking, prachtig uitzicht en alles wat we nodig hadde

Het uitzicht was fantastisch, er waren 3 plekken om buiten te zitten. Verder had het appartement alles wat je nodig had. Silvia had van alles klaar gelegd voor ons en was heel goed bereikbaar en super behulpzaam!

De vele muggen buiten, maar daar kon Silvia niks aan doen.

Struttura ottima con bellissima vista e spazio esterno. L'alloggio è spazioso, pulito e molto ben fornito. Un piacere trovare caffè, acqua, prodotti per la colazione e tutto l'occorrente per il bagno. Silvia è stata un host gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito molte informazioni su luoghi da visitare, ristoranti e come muoversi nei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura sia per l'accoglienza che per la location
