Veritable havre de paix a 10min du centre ville de Nice avec tres jolie vue. Maison tres spacieuse, climatisée et tres bien équipée pour accueillir une grande famille. Marco est un hote tres accueillant offrant un niveau de service hotelier professionnel.
Rien! Tout etait tres bien. Maison tres bien climatisée et donc particulièrement appreciable pour les deux semaines de canicule qu’on a connu (Juillet 2026). Les trois chambres et les deux salles de bain sont tres spacieuses, agreables et impeccablement propres. Nous aurions aimé avoir peut etre un air-fryer (en plus du four) qui cuit tout plus rapidement.

Marco waited for us at the door, handed over the key, and introduced the villa and the surroundings to us with all the details. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, safe, with private parking right at the entrance. You can walk down the hill or 8-minute UBER to the old town or beach. The villa is spotlessly clean, kitchen is fully equipped.. amazing views of Nice and the sea for breakfast and sunset. I would stay here again when I come back to Nice.
