La localisation est impeccable! La vue est parfaite et l’appartement est excellent franchement rien a dire la clim marche parfaitement et vous pouvez faire du change de monnaie en bas dans la boutique de tabac au pied de l’immeuble (étant trader en banque je juge le taux de change tres bon honnêtement, moins de 0,5-1% de commission) La propriétaire est très agréable et réactive sur whatsapp! De plus il y a une salle de sport à deux pas du logement et de super restaurant à essayer
seulement pour le soir il n’y a pas trop d’activité dans ce quartier bien que hyper bien positionné (en face de la plage). Pour des activités je vous recommande d’aller vers la plage EST ou OUEST au nord vous aurez des super restaurant et des activités le soir

La casa curata ,bella spaziosa ,confortevole! La posizione, frontale al lungomare. Comodissimo il market sotto casa.
Non sono stata avvertita che il piano cottura si era rotto 2 giorni prima. Poche stoviglie.
