Great location for where our function was. Very clean, and large rooms.
Very noisy street tho, so the single glazing didn't stop the rowdy noises most of the night. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. But the studio unit was great.

Friendly staff and great location.
1. The microwave was not working. The lady at the reception switched one from another room. But thanks to the reception staff for understanding and taking action.
2 There was the smell of smoking at times.

Everything about the Alcala was very good, staff very friendly, room had all the amenities I expected, clean and tidy.
It was extremely noisy outside on the street all the way through to 4am, on a Thursday night. Continuous repeated screaming from Uni students, and lots of squawking from very noisy seagulls. Location is opposite a 24 hour dairy, so students and gulls eating scraps. Nothing the Alcala can do, but I had an extremely poor sleep. I suspect all motels near here are the same.
