Layout is logical and the kitchen well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed particularly comfortable. Given the outdoor temperature of 2º Celsius, the unit was warm, and despite being a ground floor unit there was no disturbance from room/s above. Parking was free and easily accessed.
I was unable to unlock the door from inside and had to call Reception to come with a master key to let me out. Staff were prompt and apologetic, and explained 'trick' to work lock. Could have been an issue in an emergency. One light bulb was not working but a note left for the housekeeper had it attended to.

unit was clean and the location is handy to the stadium and sports grounds but it is noisy being on a busy road and surrounded by student flats.
The heating was really poor and the room was cold. There was no ventilation or extractor fan in the bathroom and the water pressure is terrible so the shower was not great.
