Great size rooms and sufficient to cater for a netball team across three rooms.
It was a little cold and took a while to warm up the room but this is nothing compared to the convienence of the location and the facilities.

Location was good. Traffic was horrendous as we’re in the front. Whole unit vibrated when trucks went past
One door had a hole in it. Floors creaked! Bathroom although great the wall around outside of shower was damaged. Windows were needing a lot of tlc. Actually whole unit needed redo. One of the switches in bathroom was damaged health and safety would be an issue. Kids being kids could poke something into it.Laundry was pretty sad at least it had a washing machine.
