Reasonably priced and easy access from travelling north into Dunedin. Friendly receptionist. Rooms clean snd comfortable except bed too small as only double.

We had a great stay. Owners were accomodating of our late arrival. Rooms were spacious and well suited to our family of 4. For us, easy walking distance to University, and Forsyth Barr stadium was walkable too. Would stay again.
