Waterfront luxury Villa (34) with sunset views and boat slip
This spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.
Dock Details:
Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind!
