Villa ReyAn Durrës

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is very pleasant, close to shops and very near the beach. The owner was very kind, attentive, and always available whenever I needed help. The view was beautiful, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the place was clean and comfortable. Considering the quality-price ratio, everything was great. I truly recommend this accommodation and I would gladly come back again.

Villa Reyan provides everything one may need for a summer break in Durres, and here's why: Location: It takes only 225 steps ( as per applewatch) to reach the beach, and even closer is the supermarket and many restaurants / bars and this makes villa Reyan my go to place everytime I visit Durres. Room: large space with comfortable bed, AC, and very strong Wifi, while ballcony has a tiny kitchen attached for preparing a soup or daily oatmeals, boiling eggs or just a morning coffe or tea. Indrit, the owner is a very decent guy, a local intellectual with proven record on rental industry, but he can also assist anyone with best beach tips, or must see places in city of Durres or Albania region - wide. All in all, this place has everything one needs be it for short or long stay, and that's why I keep returning at villa Reyan.

The only thing that can be improved is perhaps installing a glass door at cabin shower.

Just one street back from the happening beachfront- with deckchairs, cafes & restaurants. Beach is nice for long walks, a cooling dip, entertainment and cafe facilities. A very simple small-ish room with basic, but adequate facilities. Good for a short term beach stay, especially at this price. Friendly Host family on-site.

Kitchen facilities are very simple and not really suitable for cooking at home. Luckily, numerous cafes & restaurants are just a stone's throw away.

Sijainti oli loistava ja parveke oli upea sekä sängyt olivat mukavat/Hyvät ja kaikkialla oli puhdasta. Ravintolat ja kaupat oli lähellä sekä ranta ja ranta boulevard.

Hotellin vieressä oli autopesula joka häiritsi hieman aamusta mutta muuten ei melu häirinnyt. Vessa ja suihku oli insinööri taidon epäonnistuminen. Wc ei toiminut kunnolla ja joutu pyytää omistajaa korjaamaan wc kerran ja se meni heti uudestaa rikki ettei voinut vetää vessaa. Jääkaappi oli hieman likainen/kulunut.
