Cosy studio next to the Champs-Élysées avenue!

Le fait que l’on annonce un 6eme étage sans ascenseur après passation de la commande. Appartement vétuste, loin d’être cosy. Il est dit cosy pour ne pas dire petit…

The location is very close to the Champs Elysees, the metro and plenty of services. The owner provided us with all necessary information and reached out to us mid-stay to ensure we were comfortable, which was appreciated.

The window is no more than 10 meters away from a church's bell tower so don't plan to sleep in after 7.30. The apartment is at the sixth floor with no elevator. Being an attic, the walkable space in the apartment is quite cramped. Expecially if you are on the taller side. We booked for three people and we were stepping on each other's feet the whole time. To save what little walking space there is, both bed are tucked quite close under the sloped ceiling. Probably due to the lack of space the mattress is a thin one on a frame resting on the floor, and you will still be at risk of bumping your head most of the time. The only windows are velux on top of the beds so in case of rain it becomes quite suffocating, especially when it's warm outside or after showers. The bathroom is cramped but functional, although cleanliness can be improved. Water started coming up the shower drain a minute or so into the first shower we took. The towels provided were good quality, but we found some hairs in them.
