I had a very bad experience with this property. The room was extremely poor – no ventilation, and full insets The furniture was old and uncomfortable, not suitable for human use. The bathroom was in terrible condition This place is nothing like the photos or description on Booking.com. Definitely not worth the price. I left after just a few hours with my children because it was impossible to stay there. I strongly advise Booking.com to review this property and consider removing it from the platform.

If you're a fan of extreme adventures, I highly recommend to book this apartment

Location

1.There's been a lack communication with the host. I tried to contact the host through Booking during 2 days before check in, but I didn't receive any response. 2. The instruction for getting the keys were unclear. For an hour, I tried calling the host while I was near the property, but received no answer. A neighbor helped me by calling the host using a local phone number and was able to reach them. 3. The apartment was rented with not functional properly toilet. Flushing the toilet caused the feces to rise instead of going down, and it took multiple flushes before it would clear properly. The host already knew about the problem which toilet, because there was warning note next to the toilet: "If the toilet is blocked you will not get your deposit back" 4. In the middle of our stay in the apartment , the power went out due to tripped circuit breaker. One of the breakers wouldn't reset, so we were left without a fridge and stove. The next day, the light switch in the bathroom stopped working. Then I tried resetting the breakers again, and this time it worked.

Check in annoncé à 11h le jour de l'arrivée... et reçu après avoir appelé à 19h30 devant le logement.. Appartement bruyant et pas très propre. Nous avons du partir 2 jours plus tôt et la dame au téléphone parle d'un éventuel remboursement et deux jours après quand on lui demande dit ne jamais avoir dit ça. Nous n'attendons pas dessus, mais pas très honnête. Les personnes répondent sur booking rapidement avant le séjour mais pendant et après plus aucune réponse. Le logement nous a été loué pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), la disposition ne permet plus de bouger. Pour 2 possible mais 4 impossible.

მდებარეობა ,ძალიან მოსახერხებელი, პირდაპირ ცენტრშია, ეიფელის კოშკსა და ლუვრის მუზეუმს შორის. ფეხით მაქსიმუმ ნახევარი საათი. აპარტამენტში არის ერთი ორსაწოლიანი საწოლი, და გასაშლელი მდივანიც 2 საწოლიანი( არც ისე კომფორტული) იყო თავისუფალი ქალაქის პარკინგებიც ახლოს (ღამით და კვირას უფასოა ) ასევე დახურული მიწისქვეშა პარკინგი (índigo) იქვეა სადაც დაახლოებით 20 საათში 50 ევრომდე გადავიხადეთ. აპარტამენტის დაჯავშნაც, მიგნებაც , კომუნიკაციაც მეპატრონესთან ძალიან მარტივი იყო. მეორე სართულია ლიფტის გარეშე. ვიყავით ოჯახით და მანქანით. მადლობა აპარტამენტს მასპინძლობისთვის. ვისიამოვნეთ . დიდი მადლობა 🙂 Devenez voisin du prezident !
