Super parking which was underground and secure. Lots of amenities including cleaning equipment.

Nothing too much, apartment just needs updating, a lick of paint etc. Looks a bit tired and location means all road traffic passes by but it is still quiet. Right in the heart of the marina

Good size apartment in a great location near the sea front and close to central Swansea and shops. Ideal for working and exploring.

The parking was not in the apartment block, it was just down the road, and tight to drive in and out of.But on a good point, very secure. We could have done with more cutlery and crockery in the property for three or four people.

The instructions weren't very specific on where our apartment was situated.

The apartment was in a great location and was very spacious and had everything we needed; cooker, washing machine, iron etc. However, the apartment is in need of some TLC. There were holes in some walls and in one of the sofas. Dirty scuff marks on the walls. The sofa springs were broken and it wasnt comfortable to sit on. The bathroom was quite dirty and the sealant was moldy and storage was dirty and rusty. The bedding and towels etc were clean. There was an underground private car park, which was great for protecting our car. However, car park was really difficult to manoeuvre in and out of due to walls, other cars parked and a very slim road. We did end up scuffing our alloy wheels.
