More storage for clothes for a longer stay

It’s an amazing beachfront property with a breathtaking view. The apartment is top notch, fully equipped, modern and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. There’s nothing to complain about. The host is kind and helpful. We were there for our honeymoon and we only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I would recommend the place to anyone 😊

There’s nothing to complain about. Everything was fantastic

A wonderfully designed property with stylish, intelligent use of space. The sitting room feels incredibly cosy, with stunning views, a great TV, and generous coffee and breakfast provisions. Because of space limitations there’s no sink or oven, but the handy mini-dishwasher and microwave more than make up for it. The bedroom is a delight — serene colours, a wonderfully comfortable double bed, and soft, bouncy carpet. The walk-through shower room is fabulous, with sliding doors to both rooms, an excellent shower, and gorgeous corrugated slate tiles. Because of the weather we couldn’t use the external space, which has built-in seating and offers a lovely outlook towards the sea. The road in front isn’t paved and is hardly used, so it feels very peaceful. The location is superb: just 10 minutes from Rottingdean, 20 minutes from Lewes, 30 minutes from Birling Gap, and very convenient for Glyndebourne.

Nothing to criticise — in a 40 sq m property one might expect issues such as limited clothes storage, no sink or oven, etc., but here everything has been so cleverly designed that none of these feel like a problem.
