My favourite place to stay when working away. Excellent location Excellent apartment with EVERYTHING you need for either a night stay or a week. Excellent communication with host.

Conveniently located for the party we were attending. Regular buses into Brighton and walking distance to seafront, albeit hilly walk.
Clean and tidy.
The access up to the lockbox and into the property was via a set of uneven steps, which we weren’t confident about. The top step where you stand to open the key box is too narrow. We are older not infirm, but had no idea of this before we arrived and were apprehensive each time we used it. Photos of the access would have informed our decision whether or not to book. We would not like to access the property in the dark.

Garden area.
Washing machine.
Everything looked new.
Lots bigger than I expected.
Handy bus services.
Parking.
Would have like a washing line in the garden.
This is just a little criticism, we just hung washed clothes on hangers.
Although there is a tumble dryer as it was hot and in the summer and cheaper for the owners to hang outside.
I should imagine in the. winter this is necessary.

I really liked the place, it was quite secluded and lovely. Quite close to Brighton with buses every 10 mins. Lovely facilities, so glad that there was a fan and excellent place
The property itself was good, however, we didn’t get the keypad code for 10-15 mins. We were waiting outside for a while in the hot sun. Tried to call the person and they weren’t answering. For a second it felt like we were scammed or something. But they did respond. It would’ve been good if they sent the details a day before or even an hour before check in. Property was really good though. Nice brunch place, salt and ginger nearby
