The location was very good and the view was really nice.
The layout was perfect and parking was excellent on a private drive
It is starting to look like it needs a little love.
And a good clean in the bathroom.
Dirty toilet brush and the shower could do with a clean.
Would it stop us staying again no.
Overall it was a great location.

You can't expect high end but this was done out very well. Lovely choice of decor, roomy , fabulous view and everything you could need was provided for every area of the house. Very well thought out So peaceful . too! Would book next for year if beds are upgraded a bit. Host was easy to contact , glad I booked.
The beds. I'm 13 plus stone and 6ft, I sunk in it & could touch the coils, the mattress folded at the sides, I've been in bad hotels with poor bed , so I'm used to it. In all rooms, this was the only thing letting the place down. Most uncomfortable. I will book again for next Summer if bed/s mattress/s are changed and stay longer

Beautiful view from balcony. Beds and bedding were clean.
Good information booklet about local amenities.
Hand soap wasnt provided. Generally for hygiene purposes I would expect hand soap available from entry. Cooking trays even though they seemed wiped they did have burnt carbony bits which i had to clean off before cooking with them. Would have been nice to have a small amount of shower gel and shampoo in case its forgotten.
