Beautiful view from balcony. Beds and bedding were clean.
Good information booklet about local amenities.
Hand soap wasnt provided. Generally for hygiene purposes I would expect hand soap available from entry. Cooking trays even though they seemed wiped they did have burnt carbony bits which i had to clean off before cooking with them. Would have been nice to have a small amount of shower gel and shampoo in case its forgotten.

Sun terrace and view over across Saltdean to sea are splendid. Furniture and beds comfortable. Kitchen well eqipped and functional for cooking. Good dining area. Bathroom spacious with good hot water. Hosts communicative. Parking onsite good but with amazingly steep entry. (goes with the view I guess)
Bus travel to Brighton , including Brighton County hospital and railway station available practically from the door.
No notice on booking that key code only given on morning of arrival.
