L'emplacement est discret et surplombe Levanto. Le centre ville est tout de même accessible à pieds.
L'appartement manque de "vrais" chauffages. Le système de prises électriques est compliqué et usant au quotidient... Un bon rafraichissement général serait appécié mais globalement satisfaisant.
