About this house rental
Charming T1 triplex of 33 m2 fully furnished and located in a renovated farmhouse in the countryside. Exposed stone wall. Ideal for holidays or a business trip.
On the ground floor, fitted kitchen and dining room with a view of the garden and the Jura.
On the 1st floor, BZ sofa bed, bathroom with shower, dressing room and TV. On the 2nd floor on the mezzanine, double bed with Velux window.
TV + Wifi by fiber and parking.
20 min from Geneva, 40 min from Annecy and 5 min from the Vitam center by car.
We will be happy to welcome you to our farm built in 1848 and recently renovated into three separate apartments: the Studio Soleil levant, the T1 Triplex Sous les étoiles and the T2 Duplex Pierre de lune.
In the countryside, just below the Salève mountain, you will have a pleasant stay in one of our apartments, whether you come to work, to visit your family or to spend holidays in our beautiful region.
On the border of Geneva and close to all amenities, you will be ideally located during your stay.
If you come with your animal, you can take it for beautiful walks around the farm in the forest and by the river.
The farm is surrounded by a large garden. Each apartment has its own terrace and has 2 outdoor uncovered parking spaces. All the apartments are furnished, well-equipped and have an HD television as well as a free high-speed Wifi connection via fiber optics.
For each stay in one of our apartments, everything necessary for your comfort is provided: one large and one small bath towel per person, bed linen, shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets.
There is also a children's park with a large trampoline, huts, a slide and a swing available for all apartments. Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.
