LA PRAIRIE DE QUEYRELONG is a large stone house, situated in the rolling countryside, a short walk away the picturesque village of Cladech.
Set in a large garden surronded by pastures and woods, it offers calm and serenity wereas the must seen of the Dordogne are all at a glance. It is therefore the ideal base from which to relax and to explore the area.
With its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living and dining rooms, fully fitted kitchen, it is comfortable fir up to 9 guests.
When coming back from your daily excursions - (so many to do in the immediate vicinity !) - you will enjoy enjoy jumping into your private pool or simply relax on the terrace whilst looking at the sunset over the countryside.

With a total area of 100m², the house offers on the ground floor
- Open kitchen: Fridge freezer 200 l, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffeemake...
- Lounge / dining room of 30m² with sitting area and TV, and dining area
- Living and dining room fitted in the large conservatory room of 40 m²
- 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with shower and washbasin
- 1 WC
The other bedrooms are located upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140cm, bedside tables and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, bedside tables and wardrobe
- 1 bathroom with toilet
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

- Private pool 10m x 5m, with telescopic shelter that can be closed (tso keeps the heat!) or completely opened to catch the sun
- Garden furniture and bbq so that you can lunch into the garden
- Very large flat garden of over 3500m² with lawn spaces, ideal for ball games and undergrowth for young adventurers!
- Parking for 5 cars in the immediate vicinity of the house
- Swing
La prairie de Queyrelong is in the heart of the Dordogne, only 6km from the busy village of Saint-Cyprien offering a wide selection of shops and restaurants. It is the ideal starting point from which you can easily explore the entire region.
Very close to the house, you can:
- visit 10 villages listed as the most beautiful villages of France and the medieval town of Sarlat, a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
- Discover castles, caves, sinkholes ... so many in the Black Perigord
- explore on horseback, on foot, bike, canoe ...the valleys of the Dordogne and the Vezere.
- Improve your handicap on two pratices Golf situated 5km away
- and why just ... do nothing?
