About this villa rental
Located in the heart of the Perigord Noir (15 km from Sarlat, 10 km from Les Eyzies, 5 km from Saint-Cyprien), Denise and Paul welcome you in their pleasant traditional stone villa. Very calm and without neighborhood, you will benefit from a modern villa of a great comfort and well arranged. There is also a heated pool with counter-current swimming, table football and ping-pong table.
Beautiful villa of standing, nestled in the middle of the oaks, and ideally located between the valley of the Dordogne and the valley of Vézère. Shops and many sights nearby. The villa of the Bernadoux offers a quality environment on a ground of 6000m2 with an exterior of character and a modern interior any comfort able to accomodate to 10 people.
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
With a total area of 220 m², organized on 2 levels.
The Villa offers in the DRC:
It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchen / dining room, with a terrace and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Heating: individual gaz. Others: fireplace. composed of a games area with table football, lounge, dining room, and access to the front terrace and the covered patio.
The sitting area, with two sofas, coffee table, poufs, armchairs, and large LCD TV connected with home theater and Blu-ray player.
The full opening sliding doors open onto the covered front terrace with large table and plancha.
Accessible full foot, a large double room offers a bed in 140 cm, bedside tables, storage cabinet, LCD TV. Glazed doors to the patio.
It benefits from its bathroom with basin and shower entirely tiled.
Independent toilets complete the RDC.
The other rooms are on the first floor with:
- A large double room (bed 160 cm) air-conditioned, tidying up and LCD TV.
- A second large double bedroom (bed 140 cm and bed in 90 cm), with small lounge LCD TV and wardrobe.
- A third double bedroom (bed 140 cm), with LCD TV and wardrobe.
- A fourth small single room (bed in 90cm) with wardrobe and numerous tidying up.
They share a large bathroom with balneotherapy bath, shower and basin.
Independent toilets complete the floor.
OUTDOORS :
Private heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming pool, solarium on high terrace equipped with deckchairs and superb view on the valley. The swimming pool is secured with double door opening, ideal for an optimum security of the smallest.
Outdoor living room with two sofas, two armchairs and coffee table.

Excellent accommodation with more that adequate facilities for our family stay with a sparkling swimming pool and it's power pump. The pool might look small but with the power pump you can try an Olympic work out.😊
Good location for visiting the many Medieval towns and tourist attractions on the Dordogne river with supermarkets and boulangerie with in a 5 minute drive of the property.
Paul and Denise are very welcoming hosts and even provided fruit from the property and homemade cake. during our stay.

We really cannot fault this property and the service from Paul and Denise. We received a warm welcome and were given a guided tour of the property and all its features. The house is truly immaculate and finished to the highest standard. A perfect location for exploring the Dordogne region, the local town of St Cyprien is just 5 minutes away by car. If you don’t want to venture out, the property had lots to keep you entertained, from the outdoor table tennis to the pool and the table football. We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful region of France and will definitely be back.

Best holiday villa we have ever stayed in a tribute to Paul and Denise a beautiful home with everything you could need for a relaxing time . Nothing is too much trouble for them you just need to ask although English is not their second language maybe not even the fifth
As other people have said it really is better than the pictures
We stayed for a fortnight in May and the weather was really good 8 adults the first week and no problems at all
Denise left a welcoming pack for us and we arrived late evening but they were still there to greet us
Thanks again both of you for making our holiday special
We are looking at dates to book again next year
This is a fabulous base to go out and see the beau villages of the dordogne
