The village of Belvès is located at the top of a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the whole valley. Classified among the most beautiful villages of France you will discover this region rich in tradition, in historical sites, populated with castles where runs the Dordogne.
During the summer, Belvès offers its local produce market on Saturday, its gourmet markets on Wednesday evening and many sports activities (municipal swimming pool, tennis, golf, city park, canoe trips ...) and cultural (visit the castle visit troglodyte caves ..)

Les plus :
- maison spacieuse avec 3 salles de bain
- petit jardin agréable avec superbe vue sur la vallée
- grande piscine très appréciée des enfants ! Eau un peu fraîche car piscine mal exposée (soleil le matin)
- bien localisée (centre de Belvès)
- propriétaire très disponible et réactif
Les moins :
- prix trop élevé au vue de la vétusté de la maison et des équipements
- propreté très discutable de la cuisine (et des ustensiles)
- Piscine mal sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants (elle est située en hauteur avec terrain en contrebas. Le grillage souple qui l'entoure ne peut pas prévenir d'une éventuelle chute).

Maison familiale bien agencée, chambres spacieuses, très belles vues de quasiment chaque fenêtre, jolie piscine, bref, un lieu très agréable pour un séjour dans la région.
En cinq minutes à pied, des commerces de proximité, des maisons troglodytiques à visiter, un chouette festival médiéval en août ( artistes et animations d'exception), à tailll
