About this house rental
A beautiful, bright house built in 2009, located 250 meters from the Baltic Sea, featuring a double garage, a patio, and a balcony with a view to the west (sunset and the sea). A perfect place to stay any time of year. Very modern furnishings. On the first floor: open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with a see-through fireplace connecting the dining room and living room, a guest restroom, and a four-bed room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and balconies, and one twin-bed room. One bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet. Very quiet location in the countryside with a very large garden (approx. 1 ha). You can watch the sunset from the beach. Since 2020, the house has been carbon-neutral thanks to its own solar power system.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is about a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with soft sand and a few pieces of amber. There is a private campground that you walk through and the owner was very kind to let us pass through. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I would change is fluffier pillows. Martins forgot to send us check-in info, but his phone number was listed on VRBO and I was able to contact him through WhatsApp. He was very apologetic about the oversight and responsive and we were able to get in to the house once we figured out how to contact him. We did some minimal cooking, some relaxing in between playing at the beach and sightseeing. It is a little bit of a drive from Liepaja, and the road for 4 km is a pretty bumpy dirt road, but we loved the remote location. It was close to the forts, the Holocaust memorial, and Beberlini. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away, so plan your meals so you don't have to run there every day and you'll have as wonderful a vacation as we did!
