This house enjoys a supremely walkable location in downtown Park City, directly alongside City Park (which is home to tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, bike paths, a skate park, and concerts on summer weekends). With all those activities right across the street, you'll have easily accessible sources of entertainment at your fingertips. You'll be less than half a mile from the base and lifts of Park City Mountain, the Main Street Historic District, the Sundance Film Festival, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and art galleries.

The property provides a wonderful setting for time spent outdoors, whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony off the primary suite, watching the sun sink behind the mountains on the balcony off the living room, or unwinding in the hot tub. You'll also have exclusive access to an adjacent courtyard with lovely landscaping and two Big Green Egg grills, shared with only four neighboring homes.

Inside, you'll find the light-filled living space on the second floor, with generous windows framing the slopes of Park City Mountain. Cook with ease in an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sit down for meals at the breakfast bar and dining room table, and spend your evenings streaming movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Of the bedrooms (all with smart TVs), one is a primary suite with a jetted tub and separate shower in its private bathroom. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
