This is a perfect condo in a perfect location with a nice deck with views. Very quiet, very easily accessible with car parking steps away from the front door. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location on the golf course, large TV with cable and soundbar, two remote control fireplaces, TV room seats 8 people on leather chairs and couches, trex decking, bathrooms on all 3 floors. Keurig (bring your own k cups) and standard coffee maker (filters present) plenty of plates, utensils towels, hairdryer. New washer and dryer has detergent pods. Dining area was a little tight for our party of five people so we ate on the patio table and TV room. Clean and well maintained, good sound barrier walls. 2 car garage shared with the neighbor does not have a partition but not a problem as neighbor keeps the garage door closed. Owner is friendly, responsive and concerned about our quality of stay. Saw sandhill cranes every day, friendly neighbors and many hand waves from the golfers. This is a very nice place would stay here again.
