Biking, and hiking all at your front door! This 2 bed/2 bath fully renovated condo is perfectly located across from the base of Park City Mountain!
The condo has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bathrooms. It features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace, and private balcony. Relax in the shared pool, hot tub, or sauna after a long day! Close to all of Park City's attractions & on the free city bus route.
Located less than 1,000 feet from the base of Park City mountain, the slopes are at your fingertips! Main street is less than a mile away, and Deer Valley is just a 5 minute drive. Public Transit in Park City is AWESOME; free, clean and fast! It's the best way to travel.
No car needed at this location! The condo is located on the Park City free shuttle route, that will take you to all major points of interest in the city. If you have a car, there is parking available both underground and outside for the condo.
This condo is perfect for families and friends that want to be able to walk to the slopes and to a delicious meal downtown. The condo features a cozy gas fireplace to keep you warm all day, and there is a private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an apres ski cocktail!

The location is great, really close to the slopes and very easy walk. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Location was great. We could walk to lifts or take a free city bus just a stop away. Condo easily accommodated our family of 5. The complex itself had laundry facilities but bring a few rolls of quarters if you plan to do laundry. My main complaint was the lack of communication with property manager. I asked a few questions prior to arrival (grocery delivery services vs. ease of getting to the store) and i never received any response. The thing that truly worried me was that the code on the door worked but nobody informed us to turn the lever to actually lock the door. It might sound silly, but all the property manager gave us was the code, which we entered then turned the knob and the door opened…unbeknownst to us, it was never locked when we left, sleep, etc. When i asked about it, i just go an AI response regarding check out procedures. We did finally tinker with the lock and figured out how to use it but the lack of help was irritating. I just want the property owner to know that the manger of the unit is not responsive at all.
