We decided to take a last minute ski trip to Park City with 6 people and only about a month to plan a trip for their busy season. We chose this property based on pictures and the listing. There were some good things and some not so good things. Pros: The property host was responsive. The property is close to the Park City Mountain Resort and close to the bus stops. It had covered assigned parking. The beds/bedrooms/baths were as represented. The property had been cleaned. Cons: The property had the air of being a flip. The kitchen sink has a long term leak that has mold/mildew on the cabinet bottom. The washer was full of mold/mildew on the seal. We had decided to not use it after finding it but ran out of towels so instead I bought the cleaning supplies and cleaned the washer myself. The turntable in the microwave doesn’t work. There was a hole in the window sill in one bedroom. Multiple blinds were broken. The host was responsive quickly and I didn’t have any issues with him. I did not bring up these issues while we were there because I did not want a work crew possibly coming in while we staying there.
