Perfect place for a private stay over a weekend

The place was located in a central area close to shops and restaurants.

It is in the ground floor so opening the window would give the feeling of being watched but everything was fine.

Room didn’t meet ‘reviewers’ rating! It’s crap.

The room was within easy walk of everything with street parking.

Reviews of this property are false, or made by people with a sheltered experience of basic standards and value for money. No coffee machine, tv shoved into a corner, no curtains (exterior shutter), loud pipe work through the room and storage area ‘hidden’ by a curtain in middle of the room. The high rating is not justified. The room is cheap, but not fit for purpose. The ‘bed’ is a folded out sofa, so one side is overly firm, the other soft. Minuscule bathroom needs updating, as it’s impossible to keep damaged surfaces and grotty paintwork clean! Shower head blasts into bathroom as no room to adjust it in tiny shower cubicle. No effort has been made to make the room pleasant. Booking.com need to vet these better! And when the operator emails after checkout to request a 10/10 review, it screams desperate and dodgy! My review: 1/10.

Studio fonctionnel très bien placé et propre. Bon rapport qualité prix

Studio au RDC donnant sur la rue et sur le couloir d entrée. 1er nuit bruyante de part la proximite de la rue, les gens qui crient...2 ème bruits incessants (cris, fête....) ds l immeuble et les logements à côté qui ns ont empêché de dormir. Je me suis fiée à votre note, je n aurais pas dû. Nous sommes venus pour nous reposer ce qui a été compliqué.

La citta e bella non posso dire nulla.

Non mi ha piaviuto il letto non era comodo per niente. Il propritario non era onesto perche dopo nostra partenza vo ha cjiesto dei danni vhe non abniamo.fatto. Tipo olio in armadio che noi non avevamp olio, Sopra friho bruciato che non abbiamo messo nulla sul frigo. E la stanza e sporca ed io l avevo pulita come facvio sempre ed ho un bideo che ho inviato a lui. Veramente mi ha fatto sentire male.

Très bien.

La propreté du logement et sa tranquilité. Le canapé lit est très confortable et la télé connectée permet de mettre ses propres comptes Netflix ou Youtube dessus, ce qui est très appréciable. Une petite attention de la part des propriétaires en m'envoyant un message pour savoir si nous étions bien arrivés et si la possession des lieux s'était faite sans souci. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en amoureux. Merci beaucoup.

Au centre-ville de Boulogne-sur-Mer : entre port et remparts

La propreté de l'appartement, la très bonne communication avec l'hôte et la proximité avec les centres d'intérêt de la ville : plage, Nausicaa, remparts, départs des circuits de randonnées.

Première nuit manquant de confort du fait de la présence d'individus bruyants dans la rue, juste sous la fenêtre de l'appartement. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte et sans doute inhabituel.

Location impeccable et bien située

La propreté du logement, l'agencement et la mise à disposition du matériel (four micro-ondes, bouilloire, grand frigidaire, TV et même sèche-cheveux) et surtout toutes ces petites attentions de la part des propriétaires : thés, sucre, produits ménagers, papier toilette et essuie-tout, savon, shampooing et gel douche qui sont très appréciables.

Parfait !

Le logement est super bien placé, proche du centre et pas très loin de la plage dans une rue calme où on a trouvé facilement une place de stationnement ( gratuit dans la rue perpendiculaire) il était super propre et fonctionnel, gros + pour le lit ultra confortable avec les oreillers ergonomiques, magnifique !! Nous avons passé un séjour idéal grâce à notre hôte que je remercie encore pour sa flexibilité !
