Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer en ville , tout se fait à pied ( plage , commerces , haute ville ) Location très propre et les indications laissées par le propriétaire très claires et précises ! Rue au stationnement payant mais les rues adjacentes proposent des places gratuites !
Juste une odeur de cigarette le soir qui devait certainement provenir des étages supérieurs .

Studio fonctionnel très bien placé et propre. Bon rapport qualité prix
Studio au RDC donnant sur la rue et sur le couloir d entrée. 1er nuit bruyante de part la proximite de la rue, les gens qui crient...2 ème bruits incessants (cris, fête....) ds l immeuble et les logements à côté qui ns ont empêché de dormir. Je me suis fiée à votre note, je n aurais pas dû. Nous sommes venus pour nous reposer ce qui a été compliqué.
