A nice apartment. Not very big but got everything you need. Clean and decorated with taste. Parking is a plus.

Clean apartment, nice shower, plenty of lively restaurants around the nearby church.
The parking space is very tight to get into, with a ledge on the sidewalk. I couldn't park my Tesla Model 3, it has a fairly large turning radius, too large for the narroww street when cars are parked on the opposing side, and the ledge was scraping against the undercarriage, so I ended up street parking nearby. You can realistically only use it with a European compact car.

Appartement très lumineux, très propre, literie impeccable, très confortable et cuisine fonctionnelle avec électroménagers. Les propriétaires sont à votre écoute. Petit plus parking privé.
Difficile de sortir du parking avec les voitures stationnées. Petite rue étroite L'insonorisation serait un petit plus ainsi qu'une serrure plus sécurisée lorque l'on quitte l' appartement. Indépendamment des propriétaires: pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit car dans le voisinage musique, éclat et bruit jusqu'à +/_ 4h30 .(On l entend même fenêtre et volets fermés).

L'appartement est très cosy et très bien équipé, le linge de lit est fourni ce qui est vraiment un plus pour le prix bravo pour les petits+++ comme le lit bébé installé à notre arrivée.
Le quartier est assez bruyant la nuit.
