Kitchen was well-appointed, full size refrigerator. We were able to cook some nice meals and the basket of foods was a big hit with hot chocolate, coffee, creamer, hot cereal, granola bars, tea, popcorn snacks. The beds were comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach.
Ran out of toilet paper. No housekeeping during stay. Only one spot for cars. Just felt a bit dated.

Great location. Easy access to the beach
Limited bedding for sofa bed. There was a set of sheets, only one extra pillow, and the only blanket was in the fireplace basket.
Unlike all of the other units, there was no screen door on the balcony door. The upper level gets extremely hot during the day. Fans and open window don't help much. We opened the balcony door which worked well, but bugs got in because there was no screen door.
We had to move the stove/oven because we couldn't fully open the oven door. It bumped up against the cupboard handle.
