This condo was renovated in a cute vintage beach theme. There was no fireplace or air conditioner as advertised. Screen doors would have been great to keep the bugs out since it was stuffy with doors closed. Windows could be updated as well, but overall it was very clean.

Pictures can be deceiving. There’s no access to the beach and no view at all. The overall look of the property is very ghetto. No on-site front desk. The PDF instructions provided contained wrong room number - the rooms are in fact LETTERS (spent 20 minutes parked waiting for a call back from the office/guest support). In addition, we were provided the wrong WI-FI information so no TV or internet for the entire stay. Spent a good amount of time trying to resolve the issue on the WIFI so we ended up leaving, paid for 2 nights - stayed for 1. No air conditioner so the room was warm - couldn't keep the slide door open past dusk because of the mosquitoes. Spacious and amenities are okay: fridge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living area, fan. Overall, no thank you.

Clean lots of room but can’t watch tv from bedroom and shower facet sticks but management is very nice and easy to work with. Can’t beat the location and the people in the town are so friendly also. Loved our time there

I would not recommend booking this place on hotels.com. We were charged over $200 more than hotels.com quoted us. When we reached out we were told from Pacific Surf Condos there was nothing we can do and that we had to pay it. It increased our bill 50% which is very high. I would say to book directly with the company so you know on how you have to pay. The beach is probably about a 15 minute walk to the actual beach. There are sidewalks along the road so it is safe. When we were there it got really cold. Only 2/3 heating vents worked, but we made it work. The floors look newly redone. You can tell the unit is older, but is being upkept. It is in a good location.Walking distance to food and stores. The check-in instructions given are not 100% accurate.We did not have to worry about getting a key as the door uses a door code. Also they say there is a check-in list but there is not. Also the number you need to call to check-in and check-out is outside, not inside the unit. It took us a while to figure that out. The unit was very expensive when you consider what we expected to pay. I do not like that it was not clear on Hotels.com about the extra charges and when we explained what happened the company was not willing to work with us. Hotels.com was confused as well.

Condo was run down, the sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. My credit card was charged a higher amount than my receipt. The property refused to cancel or refund the extra cost. I would not stay here again.

The unit we booked was clean and cute. Only issues I had was that our unit didn't have a washer and dryer, even though it was listed in my confirmation email itinerary. I was relying on them since we were only given 4 sets of towels for our entire stay at the beach and there is no maid service. The second issue I had was that the WiFi did not work. I called to report it and was told the network might be out but would get back to me and let me know. I never got a follow up call.

Unit c needs some tlc, the sliding glass door does not lock. Blinds are bent and broken. But worst was the sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable. Both beds also were very uncomfortable, one very creaky. Also couldn't get the tv to work as it was not connected to internet. I would not recommend reserving this particular unit.

Great place. Really enjoyed being able to bring my pup along to a pet friendly condo. The kitchen was small but really nice. Beds were comfy, and there were big tvs in every room! Location to the beach was just a short walk. Only critque was the grass around the lawn chairs could have used some maintenance.

Such a good value, so close to the beach. Two blocks to everything we wanted. The second bedroom could use a matress pad or something but it was okay. Master bedroom bed was fabulous. We will probably go again.

Small hot water tank, no views of the beach, linens had not been changed so my daughter who has allergies couldn’t even sleep in the bed, we had to use our own blankets.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Surf Condos. The accommodations were what I would call "Beach Eclectic". Very comfortable, clean, and had everything you need yet simple and homey! We especially enjoyed the fireplace, a real fireplace! We picked up a presto-log from the local IGA started the fire and listened to an audio book with a glass of wine. Life doesn't get any more relaxing than that! I have to give special recognition to the housekeeping staff, I think that's just one person! She came out after hours to show us how to work the TV and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank You! We will definitely stay at this property the next time we go to ocean shores.

this was a cute little condo, with more than enough space for us busy travelers. It's well loved and clean. easy access, easy to find, and a pub right next to us. A bonus was nearby easy access to the beach. we had a great time in Ocean Shores and appreciate the hospitality.

Please send me a receipt for the stay. The charge that hit my credit card seems way higher than what I saw on the website when booking it. It was for $797... wow, I have to say this property is WAY over priced. It is not a condo, it is more like a strip motel. We were not allowed to take a bbq, however the bbq on site was not in any shape to cook food on. The wash basin next to it is being used as an ash tray. We brought food to bbq and ended up having to go out to eat as the kitchen/frig was not big enough to cook in or store all our food in. The information stated there was AC, but there was not. The glass doors on the hutch are ready to fall out and hurt someone. The light did not work in the back area, and the light switch in the back seating area is coming off the wall. The couch arm is about to break. This place needs some serious maintenance performed. There were no coffee filters provided, so we had to use paper towels to make our coffee. Very thin walls, so not private at all. Outside chairs were covered with bird poop. We were glad we brought our own chairs. But with no lights out there and not allowed to bring candles, we weren't able to enjoy sitting out there after dark. The plates in the hutch were completely wet and dripping when we took them out to use them...did not give us a good feeling, so we had to wash them again before being able to use them. In summary, very disappointed in our stay compared to the price of this property.

The condo was in complete disrepair, the couch was uneven and very uncomfortable, the lack of a screen door or window in the front of the house caused the inside to smell like must and the temperature was high. Could not open the back door (broken and no screen door) We decided to leave after the 1st night it was the worst stay we have had in many years.
